You must supply us with two numbers to get one unlock key back in return.

The Product ID# is a unique number that will be generated with each piece of software and supplied in the printed user guide.

The second number is the Hardware Key that identifies your computer, it is displayed in the registration window.

You will recieve your new unlock key in your email, if you don't recieve it within 24 hours, please call support toll free at 800-899-7479

This software can only be installed on one computer, the software identifies your hardware as part of the registration number and unlocking method. If you try to install this software on another computer, you will need to call for a new unlock number and will then be charged for another copy of this software.
